[Bug 264405] [NEW] empathy maximization from tray icon bug

Binary package hint: empathy

With an updated Ibex (Sept 3 2008), when I click the empathy tray icon
to minimize empathy, upon clicking the tray icon again to maximize it
moves down the screen a little bit, if you keep clicking the tray icon
to minimize and maximize, you can easily notice the bug in the placement
of empathy upon each maximization.
