Information missing from MIR (see MainInclusionReportTemplate):
 - review of upstream bugs
 - user-visible strings? POT building?
 - maintenance in Ubuntu?

This package is not a dependency of empathy, just a suggests. However, I
guess we want to have this package in main anyway, for empathy IRC
support, right? Do we want this in the default install?
