[Bug 455096] [NEW] at times not able to chat with others

Binary package hint: empathy

i have added a gtalk account to empathy, at few times when someone sends
me a chat the empathy doesn't receive that. I have need to restart the
program to make empathy start receiving the messages once again. This is
happening after for the past one week.
