[Bug 424494] [NEW] Empathy Needs a Launcher in the New Messaging Menu

Binary package hint: empathy
Empathy should have a "launch" entry in the Messaging indicator. This
should be present even if Empathy is not currently opened. When
selected, it should bring Empathy to the front, launching it if
necessary.
