[Bug 502996] [NEW] Edit Custom Messages window is too narrow

Public bug reported:

When I open the Edit Custom Messages window, it is centered on the buddy
list and just as wide as the default buddy list. This narrow window
width leaves the custom status message text entry only twenty characters
wide. I recommend that the Edit Custom Messages window be made 420px
wide by default to allow a wider text entry for entering a custom status
message.
