Binary package hint: empathy

As shown in

http://library.gnome.org/users/empathy/stable/audio-video.html.en_GB

Empathy should show that a contact has a web cam and microphone
available.  It does not.

It also does not give the Video and Audio options in the Contact menu.
They are greyed out.

The contact is using Widows Live Messenger ver 14.0 and Windows XP.
