[Bug 665021] [NEW] telepathy butterfly stalls at log on with server error 500

When trying to log on with MSN, empathy shows status as logging on forever.
Looking at butterflys output while logging on, it stops doing anything after hitting some server error 500.

I have tried both Lucid standard version and the one from
ppa:telepathy/ppa. Both give a similar logs which I have enclosed.

I can log on MSN with Haze. Also without using HTTP logon.
