[Bug 640380] [NEW] Empathy cannot start invisible

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

Empathy messenger does not provide a method of starting invisible by
default. Due to this, I must either keep my messenger either off, or be
obvious to the world I am at my PC. An option should be provided in
Account Options, or the last used setting remembered.
