[Bug 631428] Re: Empathy doesn't apply avatar for MSN

The problem is still present with empathy 2.32.0-0ubuntu1. Can be easily
checked by going to Edit > Personal Information, selecting a display
picture for the MSN account, closing the dialogue and opening Edit >
Personal Information again, where no picture displayed.
