Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: telepathy-salut

When selecting a user icon in all other accounts in empathy that support
custom pictures there is not an issue, but since the upgrade from Lucid
to Maverick the people nearby account no longer lets me use any picture
for my user icon. I get a "Couldn't convert image: None of the accepted
image formats are supported on your system" error now.
