[Bug 721589] [NEW] Theme not changing when selecting new ones from Appearance tab

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

When selecting differnet themes from the apperance tab, nothing happens,
ie choosing Ubuntu, classic or Blue. This is from a straight out of the
box Ubuntu 10.10 x64bit distro.
