Thanks for the reply..

Yes! The first thing that happened was that I could see my contacts but
when clicking on them nothing was happening. Then I changed my status
from empathy (I cannot change it from the icon on top-right corner at
the panel) and I still was clicking but nothing...

I disabled and enabled again my account (from chat accounts) and
suddenly all my contacts were gone. I could not see them, only a blank
window.

When I restart my pc the first thing is happening again! Seeing my
contacts but clicking with a void response.

What about protocols? I don't know what you mean.
