[Bug 816557] [NEW] Missing tray icon for new messages notification

Public bug reported:

When I enabled tray icon for Empathy (yes, I don't like new indicators)
and receive new message tray icon shows standart "no icon" icon (red
cross in black rectangle) instead normal icon.
