[Bug 775288] [NEW] All deleted contacts are back again not grouped after restart

Binary package hint: empathy

If I delete the contacts in not grouped area, they are back again, after
starting empathy. I mean I am deleting about 50 contacts, by right click
and delete and after restart they are back again.
