[Bug 867697] [NEW] empathy icon in top pannel gets white while i have not read the msg

Public bug reported:

when a msg came the message icon becomes blue i stays for some time that
i gets white but i have not read the msg and the empathy icon in the
launcher shows that a msg has came because its arrow  become blue.
