[Bug 879429] [NEW] Cannot create jabber account with custom loginID

Public bug reported:

I have an account in jabber “username at im” and I cannot create it using empathy, cause it thinks account should look like “sername at example.com”.
The only way of creating it was creating it in pidgin and importing pidgin accounts to empathy.
