[Bug 1017864] Re: empathy msn fake offline

Configure the MSN Account in Empathy.
Reboot
Launch empathy through dash 
Empathy says my accounts are disabled
Go to account manager and see MSN account is "ON" but status says "Offline - Status set to Offline"

Re-enable account and it connects properly and says I am online. 
Other people can see me but empathy main window will not show my contacts

Quit empathy 
Launch empathy through dash and it will show I am available and displays my contacts properly.
