[Bug 944149] Re: Empathy loses IM text when accessed directly from Messaging menu

1) Messaging indicator turnes blue.  
2) Click MM and select new chat request.  (Chat window for that person is currently closed)
3)  New chat window appears and is completely blank.  IM is lost,
