Public bug reported:

Install telepathy-salut, open telepathy and enable the 'people nearby'
option in 'accounts'.

Do this on multiple computers and ensure you can 'see' each other over
the same network segment, and that you can open a chat window and see
each others comments. Observe that people running 12.04 cannot receive
messages from any other client.

I have 5 computers:-

2x Ubuntu 11.04 - Telepathy
1x Mac OSX Lion - iChat
2x Ubuntu 12.04 - Telepathy

12.04 to 12.04 chat is fine. 11.04 and iChat is all fine.

All machines can send and receive to all machines except:-

12.04 Telepathy cannot receive from iChat or 11.04 Telepathy

All machines are on the same wireless network, and are chatting to
eachother fine. I (on 12.04) just never see anyone elses messages :(
