Public bug reported:

This is a graphical bug that happens in the standard theme in Ubuntu and
Empathy. When you open the contact list and hover with your mouse over a
contact a small preview window opens with additional information from
the contact. However the text is white on a gray background, it should
be as the text written on the list of contacts, dark gray on white
background, otherwise the contrast is to low. (and it looks very not
Ubuntu)
