[Bug 962032] [NEW] Can't add an account using keyboard only

I am testingUbuntu 2012.04 32 bit on my notebook Acer ao150.
I am using live cd from 18th of march with default desktop session unity.
I have started empathy, activated local people account by filling first time setup dialog. Then I got an empty contact list.
I then pressed F4 to open the accounts window. here is a list of contacts which has only 1 item at this time its local people. When tabbing away from this list I'm getting Add ... pannel pressing the space bar or enter key does nothing, pressing down arrow focuses remove pannel.
what I think these are non standard buttons which can't be activated using the keyboard only.
I'm using Orca ubuntu included screen reader for access to ubuntu desktop.
