Gnome Shell, Ubuntu 12.04 (upgrade from 11.10)  ==> Suspend ==> Resume
==> Windows Live connects ==> Google Talk will not connect (spins
indefinitely) 'till Google Talk account button toggled off then on, only
then will it will connect.
