[Bug 1074500] Re: empathy IRC channels no longer selectable

I believe that this status is incorrect. I don't even have the option to
modify accounts in Gnome 3.6 Ubuntu 12.10. See attached images for a
reference. Like I said I was able previously to edit and connect to
different accounts but it seems you have completely hidden all these
options.
