[Bug 1070892] [NEW] Wrong translation of message when empathy doesn't online

Empathy has wrong text of message when Russian language used.

When we are 'offline' then we can see wrong message: "Измените своё присутствие, что увидеть здесь контакты".
This message must be such: "Измените своё присутствие, чтобы увидеть здесь контакты".

OS: Ubuntu 12.10 (amd64)
Empathy version: 3.6.0.3-0ubuntu1
