[Bug 1116449] Re: Aim/Jabber/Salut/Yahoo plugins broken

** Description changed:

  The account-plugin-aim,yahoo,salut,jabber seems totally broken in 13.04.
  If I try to add a new account in UOA and click on any of these accounts
  it says "please enter account details", but below that the space to
  enter the account details never comes up and stays blank indefinitely.
