Hello Ubuntors,

Sadly I am writing this email to announce that the long path of discussion
with ATIM have lead to deadend because of serious obstacles.

It was almost impossible to get an appointment with the president of the
association to discuss our participation and special situation, so we had to
go through the standard procedure and get a sponsor for the event.

Facing the high charge for the stand we were unable to rush contacting
sponsors in one week to pay for a much higher charge than we expected. So
with our problem of rasing money during the event due the the absence of the
legal status for that and the very short time to get a sponsor to help
supporting this event. After a short discussion and advice from Abdelmonam,
that I want to thank so much for suppoerting me during the preparation steps
of this event and for his great guidence, we decided to abort this event and
to take the time to think and prepare in advance for next year's event and
we can start that discussion any time in a new thread.

Well I think I have done all I could for this event and took the right
decision to abort it for this year due to the extreamly hard situation we
weren't prepared for.

I also want to thank Hela for helping me to be the proposer for my first
event that will be followed by other events inchalah. I want also to thank
MaWeLe, KarimTN who were there to help too, and I encourage Mohamed and
Farouk to participate in next events :)

Well this should not stop us, good things happens, but bad things happens
too and we should overcome it and go forward for our next events.
