[ubuntu-tn] UGJ 14.09

[ANIS El Achèche]

Hi!

I was thinking about joining the International Community on the #ubuntu
channel..

But if you guys think that we can run our own IRC UGJ so let's do it..

To be honest, I have no idea if I can be there for this weekend or not..
It's all depends on my beloved Laptop :D
