Firefox & Evolution icons still have english description in uper panel

There are more menu entries, that are still in English even if
translated through Rosetta (e.g. Ekiga, Terminal Server Client, Beagle's
menu entries). It seems that some entries are only translated only if
they were translated not in Rosetta but in upstream.
In my language (Slovak) are some applications still in English even if
translated through Rosetta weeks ago (e.g. Synaptic)!
Isn't it a Rosetta's bug? I report a bug, but still haven't answer
(https://launchpad.net/bugs/46416). Do you have similar problem?
