Hi as we have now established contacts with the upstream translators we are
doing our bulk of translations at the upstream itself for GNOME and KDE.

It would be better if distro wise categorisation is made based on GNOME
(Ubuntu), KDE (Kubuntu) and XFCE (Xubuntu). Also any files that doesn't come
under any other these category would be put in a seperate folder. this will
help us in choosing the correct appropriate files for translation.
