Bluez 4.x possibility

Hi Documentators and Translators:

Due to some regressions with the current Bluez 3.x stack, we're evaluating
possibly moving to Bluez 4.x.  How will this impact the documentation
teams?  It looks like a lot of translation is included directly in the
applications, but I don't know for a fact how translations actually happen.
