ppconfig templates are not imported

Hi,

I've noticed that pppconfig.po files are not imported in Launchpad. I tried to 
import it manually and it seems that there's an error in po header (for all 
languages) : the revision date is anterior to pot creation date...

I've fixed this and the file is now imported (fr) :

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/pppconfig/+imports
