Release notes in our language

Hi,

I think the majority of Ubuntu locazation teams have translated the
Jaunty release notes from here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/JauntyJackalope/ReleaseNotes

Testing the install CD I can see the "Release Notes" link is linking to
the following page:

http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/releasenotes?os=ubuntu&ver=9.04&lang=LC

where "LC" is the langugage code.

I tried testing the Romanian and Italian language, but even thou the
link is correct, the content is the same, showing a general release not
in english.

Is this a bug or it's just me doing something wrong?
