That's correct: the tools are still being developed, so don't expect
them to work perfectly yet. The call was for folks to sign up for
creating and testing the ISOs when the tools are ready. I will then
contact the people in the list with instructions and to gather some
feedback from the process.

I should have made it clearer when I sent the e-mail, my mistake, sorry.

I think for the moment we've got enough teams on the list at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/OneiricOcelot/LocalizedImagesRollout to get a
small group of testers for the prototypes before we've got something
ready for all translation teams/locos.
