Hendrik,
As this is a critical issue (you cannout use Ubuntu resources), I'd
recommend you going to the #canonical-sysadmin IRC channel on Freenode
and ask for help there.
You can ping the person who's listed as 'Vanguard:' in the channel's
topic. If there is no one listed as vanguard when you go there, just ask
your question in the channel.
