freeze for bzr 2.5 series

Hi translators,

bzr 2.5b5 (fifth and last beta) has been frozen (for both API and
strings) and is now ready for translation, the 2.5.0 final release is
expected for 2012-02-02.

This will be the first localized bzr release and I wanted to thank you
all for the help you already provided.
