New apps scope translatable strings

Hi all,

Recently a couple of bug fixes to make the strings shown as categories in
the apps scope and app highlights in the click store scope landed.

I need to figure out a way to include them in the stats page [1], so
they're all in one place, but in the meantime, here's a direct link to the
template if you want to start translating it:
