New translatable strings for Dialer and Messaging app

Hi Translators,

As per the fix on this bug [1], new messages are up for translation for the
Dialer and Messaging app.

In order to have a fully translated OTS-4 update, it might be worth
pointing your teams to these new strings to complete here:
