String freeze OTA8

  Hi:

  Since last Tuesday we are in string freeze for Ubuntu Phone's OTA8.
That means it's translators' time :) You can now check your language
at https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu-rtm/15.04/ There is time
until Nov 10 to translate.

  Remember that every Tuesday a language export is done and language
packs are available on Wednesday images in these channels:

ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris.en (BQ)
ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/meizu.en (Meizu)
ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/ubuntu (Nexus 4)
