Translation deadline wiki page still refers to 12.04 (precise)

Hi everyone,

Most links on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline still lead
to Launchpad pages for Ubuntu 12.04.
Knowing fully well how to replace "precise" with "xenial" in a url, I
can still imagine this wiki page misleading some already-confused
newcomers who want to help out with translations for the
currently-upcoming release.

Any chance somebody with editor access could update the links to
xenial/16.04 and remove any deprecated packages (such as wubi)?
