Touch statistics not working 100%

Thanks Josef for the heads up.

In the past, these have been issues with Launchpad not updating the
exported .po files for some languages or polib issues, so I cannot give a
straight answer until I've spent some time figuring it out. I'll have a
look at it this evening.
