Call for testing: Xenial langpack updates I

The language packs have been moved to -updates. Thanks Martin, and
thanks to those who tested.

Since this is the first full update of an LTS, all the built language
packs - also those which were not tested - have been moved to
xenial-updates, and with that made available to all users. Notably there
are a few big languages among those, for which no test results were
reported, such as: Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, German, Russian and
Spanish.

I ask everyone to be attentive now, and report possible regressions ASAP.
