Localize uNav 0.65 (Full localization option) (Costales) (Danilo ?egan)

For my language I deleted "by". I made a space. If You take any other GPS device from Garmin, TomTom etc. there will be no "by". Kiss- keep it simply stupid- Połisch Anna, German Thomas, English Susanna. Especially on small devices like E4.5 there is no need to make things more complicated.

This is, in general, a very bad string composition approach.

For translations, it's best to do something like the following:

"{language}. By {author}."

(or "%s. By %s." with a comment/context explaining what the first and
second %s are)

The reason is that some languages might have a different word order,
might not even have "by" and so forth.
