這是常有的事。以 Fedora 為例，會調查各地是否有被多課稅的經驗，如果有可以要求寄出者（如 Red
Hat）寄送時附上本次寄送物品為免費提供的申明。範例：

不過基本上看各國海關，也有附上無效的，所以後來都建議各地區可以自己做 CD，很少再壓制發送（運送成本過高）了。

建議用 Ubuntu TW 公費出。

We have 2 conference packs that we can send out, one is for Verified Loco
teams <https://launchpad.net/%7Elocoteams-verified> and the other is for
LoCo teams. 即只有 A 與 B 可以寄出來，C 不是給 LoCo team 的。

其中 Pack A 必須是 Verified LoCo Teams 資格。

表單中 Pack B 裡的

說要獨立申請 ，可能跟你貼的表單 C 有關，但目前 TW LoCo team 的權限似乎不行。

上面有寫說請自己設計製作，並且解釋自己做的原因。簡單說，官方建議某某包要具備那些物品，且只提供部分他們覺得可以大量製作的物資。

   Ubuntu leaflets - not relevant in most countries due to various
   languages. LoCo council will introduce a community driven project for LoCo
   teams to design their own Ubuntu leaflets based on brand guidelines and
   access to assets. 由於國家和語言太多，官方不會設計宣傳單張，請自己根據 brand guideline 設計。
   - Name-badge designs - this is mainly when hosting your own events.
   Locos to create their own designs using assets and making use of the brand
   guidelines. 只有 Ubuntu loco team 自己舉辦會議活動時需要，請參考 brand guideline 設計。
