My experience with forums, is that you create them and no one uses  
them, My LUG had one and no one liked the change from mailing list to  
forums so it never got used....it may be different with ubuntu-uk  
because of the size of the user base....just be prepared for no one  
using it.....i hope it won't happen if it gets done!
