Right, I've written up what I did to create the screencasts.

Initial reaction I suspect will be of the order of "WTF!" or "You did *how* much for a 5 min 
video!?". However a lot of it is prep, the actual recording is right down the bottom of the 
page. There's also a lot of text in there about the whys and wherefores of using one package 
over another and so on.

Hope it's useful to people who want to do the same.
