Assuming that there's people in ubuntu-united-kingdom that aren't in 
ubuntu-uk, asking the LP people (#launchpad on freenode or 
launchpad-users at l.u.c) to merge it would probably be for the best. 
Otherwise it may be easier to just delete it.
