[ubuntu-uk] capturing and saving screeen cast - Firefox

I have just discovered that I can use a firefox extension
VideoDownloader 1.1.1
to save a screencast, and presumably a video etc to disk.

I will be using The Ubuntu screencast item/s as a useful facility when 
demonstrating K/Ubuntu
