Something that would help hugely I think would be if certain
individuals would take on the task of giving tips on a one-to-one
basis when people get things wrong. A friendly email from one person
along the lines of "Can you please format your email like *this*
because of *this*" is far more productive than replying to the list.
As (very, very, very midly) irritating that weirdly formatted replying
is, getting 5 emails about that weirdly formatted email is always
worse and has hints of public humiliation about it.
Since I'm not volunteering for the task you may of course ignore this
idea at will.
