The point is the customer registers for _you_ to call _them_ so that if you
want you can use whatever method you like to conatct them, land line,
mobile, SIP, SKype etc. You can of course also hide your number should you
wish.
I suspect it would be a case of the form just sending a mail to select
individuals who pick up the calls and call the customers at the alloted
time.
Not exactly rocket science to setup to be honest. A php form to email would
be enough to get it working. Managing it would be more of a challenge.
How do we ensure consistency of service and so on.
