There is an implication in your posting, Rohan, that people like Alan have
somehow failed you... this is not technically a support list, rather a team
list for promoting Ubuntu in the UK... whilst people on here try hard to
help when others require it there are other lists (eg. the main Ubuntu
community one) that have far more members which might satisfy your
requirements better... I apologise for my slightly bad-natured comment about
name dropping... I just see no benefit in saying "I've spoken to #### and
####" at the start of every post.
